(August 2012) It 'was very liked. I believe that many will want a nice table raises us from the thought of "What's better?", As my daughter always asks. Unfortunately there is still no published table. Mat makes us see some tables with comparisons between the yolk and white of an egg ...

Matt Lalonde, after having received many requests for tables that had prepared, he made a post on Facebook soup warmers informing everyone that has found some inconsistencies in the data. Nothing significant. Remain unchanged all his conclusions about it. He reformatted the entire spreadsheet and intends to publish his work and will make another presentation. "For Those of you who are emailing me nutrient density Regarding my talk at AHS 2012. I put the date through a stress test after AHS and found some inconsistencies. Nothing really major but there are some foods That had scores Substantially different yet similar nutrient content. It turns out there was too much variance in the data to use in standardization. I've since reformatted the entire spreadsheet by dividing the nutrient quantities by Their Respective RDA values. This gave me the numbers I needed unitless Within the comparable orders of magnitude. None of the Conclusions reached in my talk AHS Have Been invalidated as result (ie nothing has changed). If anything, grains and legumes look even worse. I'm currently working on publishing the work. As longer available, I can not share the date until I know whether or not the work will be accepted in a journal. The new talk is currently available on the OPT website but for a cost. I will be giving a talk with the new reformatted date at this year's Paleo FX. "February 15, 2013 12:33
