Daughters Hi, I made this dish this weekend for Ellen and Daniel. They liked it a lot, hopefully you guys try to do, is super easy! Ingredients: dish warmer 2 packages of Doritos (one of them may be hot) 1/2 kg of ground beef 2 onions dish warmer 2 cloves garlic 1 can tomato sauce 2 CS oil salt pepper chilli spicy paprika, if desired. Cumin powder to give that taste of Mexican food. 200 grams of cheddar or mozzarella cheese 1 small jar of cream cheese cheddar taste How to prepare the ground beef and sauté in two tablespoons of oil, when deep fried (it will change color, going from red to gray and then begins to want to stay brown) add the squeezed garlic, cumin, paprika spicy onion and then cut into slices (type boats, just cut the onion in half and then go slicing the onion with the knife through skewed towards long) until it become transparent. Hi people! So, oddly enough, I also like to cook =) I'm duke tshomba nothing special, but I thought duke tshomba it would be cool to share some Receitinhas I have tested and worked out =) A few months ago, I had the pleasure of having lunch at the home of a very dear and the main course was this: Nachos Calientes. duke tshomba I loved it and have made a point of asking for the recipe. As the "author" blog has also been more easier ... did not have to write anything =) I ended up making some changes to the original recipe. However, if you want to know how it was and still other treats, just click here ;) Come on ... Ingredients: 1 package Doritos (those really big ones) 1/2 kg of ground beef 2 onions 2 cloves garlic 1 can of "sauce" of tomatoes (not extract) 2 CS oil Salt to taste Pepper Paprika spice chilli (if want) Cumin powder to give that taste of Mexican food 200 grams of cheddar or mozzarella cheese 1 small jar of cream cheese cheddar taste Preparation: * Sauté ground beef and two tablespoons duke tshomba of oil. When deep-fried, add the squeezed garlic, cumin, paprika spicy onion and then cut into slices (until it is transparent). * Put the tomato sauce, salt and pepper. * Arrange in a baking duke tshomba dish in layers: the Doritos, meat, cheese and cream cheese. * Put in hot oven to melt the cheese. Serve hot with more doritos fresh in another lane (another package). * You can use less ground beef substituting pvt. No one notices the difference duke tshomba and you will be eating less meat, which is great. * Just put a cup of pvt a begging bowl and wash twice with boiling water. * After saute onion and garlic and add the squeezed pvt well, season with salt and other spices and then mix with the meat or you can make a totally vegetarian dish (using 2 cups and 1/2 of pvt). Tips: * You can prepare everything on Friday and only heat the dish on Saturday, but if we fail to assemble the layers on Saturday and only put to heat and melt the cheese gets better because doritos are crispy. * How was not able to find all the spices in Mexican duke tshomba supermarket, replace the chilli, paprika and cumin to a mixture ready for seasoning taco I found in Wal-Mart. * An interesting idea is to put a pepper on top to decorate (put after melt cheese). * In addition to serving lunch also rice and salads.

Nachos Heat oil in a large saucepan. Cut the tortillas into 8 pieces, place them in the hot oil until it browns. Remove them from the heat and place them on absorbent paper. Preheat oven to 270C. Roast the cumin dry grains in a nonstick skillet for 2 minutes and then mash them. Mix crab meat, sour cream and cumin. Salt to taste. Place a spoonful of this mixture on each nacho and sprinkle with grated 12 volt car fan cheese. Put the nachos on a baking sheet lined with previously greaseproof paper and bake for a minute, just to make the cheese melt. Garnish with sliced peppers into very thin slices. Serve with hot sauce.
