Fullejan a cooking magazine that I made from Motl time, I found this recipe for pudding. Because you should not throw anything and had a couple of apples portarles to the table were not too presentable, I decided to turn them into pudding.
Peel the liquid caramel apples and cut them into cubes and ruixe them with lemon juice. Put the butter in a pan 1 spoonful of sugar and apples and cook for 5 minutes. Beat the eggs with the sugar until we have left a whitish mix. Add milk and apple bread. Stir until when we have all the ingredients thoroughly mixed, put liquid caramel into a mold of plum cake mix and forge there. Bake in a bain marie at 180 degrees. I got the furnace and hot air up and down, until we see that we have dauradet above. We see that if we click and still leave you a bit more raw. If you have long blonde cover it with paper for students to not burn. There was about 30 to 40 minutes. When the cooked let it cool a bit on the marble and then put it in the refrigerator. Best of overnight as cold as most have more body. I must say that for me estave much taste after 48 hours.
